Service Description

In this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class you will give all-out effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class gets your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time. This class is fully inclusive for all abilities and I will modify each move to ensure all participants can complete a version of the same move.
