1:1 SESSIONS
The aim of my 1:1 sessions is to enable you to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Whether you have a specific fitness or weight loss goal, you are returning to exercise following injury, illness or surgery or you want to improve the management of a health condition such as type 2 diabetes or lower back pain, you can benefit from these sessions.

Each weekly session is developed for your individual needs and is held either outside or in a studio in Wroughton.

Couples sessions also available.

Costs and terms:
​
Sessions are held on day/time agreed on at time of booking.
​
An initial minimum of 8 sessions to be booked and paid for one week before the first session at a cost of £360.
Further sessions are booked in blocks of 4 at a cost of £180.
