Service Description

This full body circuit class includes a range of exercises to improve overall strength and functional fitness. You have the choice of using small hand weights or resistance bands for some of the exercises (homemade weights are fine). You'll perform each exercise one after the other for 2 or 3 rounds. I will modify each move to ensure all participants can complete a version of the same exercise.
